OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If you place an order that contains an out-of-stock item, it is our policy to go ahead & ship the in-stock items immediately, billing you for shipping only on in-stock items.. We will then email you when the back-ordered items arrive to see if you would still like them shipped to you., at half of the UPS costs.

TOY AND SAFETY WARNINGS

Each manufacturer determines choking hazards according to Federal Standards set by the FDA. The manufacturer labels all toys accordingly.

GIFT WRAP

Toy B Ville offers free gift wrap in most cases. For oversized packages a charge of $4.00 will be added to your bill.

SALES TAX

If your package is shipped to a California address, a 7.75% sales tax will be included on your order.If the destination of your package is outside the State of California, no sales tax will be charged.
